At Velantra, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
• Final sale items and undergarments are non-refundable

2. Return Instructions

Email info@velantra.online with:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

4. Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll exchange it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
